How We Use AI

Your Data and AI

Data Usage for Your Features

When you use eLLMo AI, your data is processed by AI systems to provide the features you've requested. We use your data only to deliver and improve the services you're using.

Model Training and Improvement

As part of the platform features included in your subscription, we use your data to train or improve AI models exclusively for your account. This training and improvement is part of the service you receive, designed to enhance your experience, usage, and the quality of product outputs specifically for you. This means:

  • Your data stays yours: Any training or improvement using your data is done exclusively to benefit your account and your use of the platform
  • No cross-contamination: Your data is never used to improve features, models, or outputs for other customers
  • Isolated improvements: Any AI improvements made using your data are isolated to your account and do not affect other customers' experiences

Data Isolation

We maintain strict data isolation between customers. Your data is stored and processed separately from other customers' data, and only authorized systems can access your data for the purpose of providing your services.

We Don't Sell Your Data

We do not sell your data. This includes:

  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not sell your data to train AI models for other companies
  • We do not sell your data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • We do not monetize your data in any way

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the services you've requested from us.

Third-Party AI Providers

We work with trusted third-party AI providers to power our platform. We only share the data necessary to provide the features you've requested, and our agreements with AI providers include strict data protection requirements. Third-party providers cannot use your data for their own purposes or to train models for other customers.

Data Processing and Retention

We retain your data while you're actively using our platform. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Anonymized and aggregated data: We may retain anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you or your account. This anonymized data may be used for analytics, reports, benchmarks, and platform improvement purposes. This is separate from customer-specific AI models and systems trained on your data, which are deleted when your account ends.
