eLLMo AI is a platform that helps businesses integrate AI capabilities into their commerce operations. Our service enables you to connect your website, product catalog, and business data with AI-powered tools and services.

We provide a range of features and capabilities that help you leverage AI technology for your business needs. Our platform includes tools for content generation, analytics, customer interactions, and business intelligence.

We're always working to improve our platform, which means we might add, change, or remove features from time to time. We'll do our best to let you know about significant changes.

Your Account

To use eLLMo AI, you'll need to create an account. When you do, please:

  • Give us accurate information about yourself and your company
  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Keep your password secure and don't share it with anyone
  • Let us know right away if you notice any suspicious activity

You're responsible for everything that happens with your account, so please keep it secure.

How to Use Our Service

We want everyone to have a good experience, so please don't:

  • Break any laws or violate anyone's rights
  • Try to hack into our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access our service without permission
  • Share content that's harmful, offensive, or illegal
  • Try to reverse engineer or copy our platform

AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI models from third-party providers (like OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate content and insights. Here's what you should know:

  • AI-generated content may sometimes contain errors or inaccuracies
  • We don't guarantee that AI outputs will always be perfect
  • You should review and verify any AI-generated content before using it
  • Your data may be processed by these AI providers according to their terms

You're responsible for how you use any content generated through our platform, including any content displayed on your website or through integrations with our services.

Who Owns What

Our stuff: The eLLMo AI platform, including our design, code, and features, belongs to us. You can't copy it or use it to build a competing service.

Algorithms and models: All algorithms, machine learning models, optimizations, and model improvements are our intellectual property. When we train or improve models using your data exclusively for your account, you receive the benefit of those improvements, but the models, algorithms, and optimizations themselves remain our property.

Your stuff: Any content, data, or information you upload to our platform stays yours. By using our service, you give us permission to use your content to provide and improve the service. This includes:

  • Product data and inventory information
  • Website content and URLs you provide
  • Chat conversations and user interactions
  • Analytics and events data collected through our platform

AI-generated content: Content created by AI through our platform can be used for your business purposes, but remember to review it first.

Software libraries: Any software libraries, components, or code we provide are licensed under these terms. You may use them to integrate our services into your website or applications, but you can't redistribute or resell the libraries themselves.

Payments

Definitions

When we use the following terms in these Terms, here's what we mean:

  • "Credits" means the prepaid, non-refundable, non-redeemable units included with your subscription plan or purchased separately. Credits are consumed as you use AI-powered features and services, including content generation, data analysis, AI interactions, API requests, and other usage-based actions.

  • "Platform Subscription" means your paid plan that includes platform access, features, and a monthly credit allowance. Platform subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

  • "Included Credits" means the monthly credit allowance that comes with your Platform Subscription. Included credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period.

  • "Additional Credits" means credits you purchase separately beyond your included monthly allowance. Additional credits are available for purchase when your included credits are depleted or when you need extra capacity.

  • "Usage" means consumption of credits through AI-powered actions such as content generation, data analysis, AI interactions, API requests, and other compute-intensive operations.

Platform Subscriptions

You can use eLLMo AI under a paid plan, as described on our website. Paid plans include:

  • Platform access and features based on your selected tier
  • A monthly credit allowance for usage-based actions
  • Unlimited users sharing the same credit pool (no per-seat fees)
  • Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date

Plan limits (for example, features, usage thresholds, or credit allowances) are described on our website and may change from time to time. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Credits and Usage Model

How Credits Work

Credits cover AI-powered actions and compute-intensive operations, including execution, retrieval, orchestration, and overhead. Your Platform Subscription includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Credits are consumed as you use the platform's AI features and services.

Credit Management

  • Monthly Reset: Included credits reset monthly at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from your monthly allowance do not roll over to the next period.

  • Running Out of Credits: If you exhaust your included monthly credits, you can purchase additional credits or upgrade to a plan with a higher credit allowance. Account administrators can set spending caps to prevent unexpected charges.

  • Shared Credit Pool: All users on your account share the same credit pool. There are no per-seat fees—credits are consumed based on actual usage across your team.

Purchasing Additional Credits

You may purchase additional credits through a third-party payment processor that we designate from time to time. By purchasing credits, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of the payment processor in addition to these Terms. Additional credits are added to your account balance and are consumed before your next monthly credit allowance is granted.

Invoices and Records

We issue invoices that show your Platform Subscription charges and any additional credits purchased. Invoices are generated based on the records of our payment processor. We rely on those records for payments, metering, invoicing, and account balances, and you agree that those determinations are final and binding absent manifest error.

Metering and Billing

We use reasonable efforts to meter usage accurately. By using the Services, you agree that our metering and billing records are authoritative. Credit consumption is calculated based on the type and complexity of operations performed, and we provide transparency into credit usage through your account dashboard.

No Refunds; Not a Financial Instrument

Credits are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash or any other value. Credits represent only a limited license to access the Services and are not deposits, stored value, or financial instruments. When your account is terminated or your subscription is cancelled, any unused credits (including additional credits purchased) are forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Taxes and Withholding

Subscription fees and credits are exclusive of taxes. You're responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges that apply, other than taxes based on our income.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment processor. We don't store your full payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of the payment processor.

Price Changes

We may change our prices from time to time. When we make significant changes to subscription fees or credit pricing, we'll notify you in advance. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle, unless otherwise specified.

Your Privacy

We care about your privacy. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We use industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure. You're responsible for keeping backups of your important data.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to power our platform, including cloud infrastructure providers, AI model providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for how they operate, but we choose partners we trust.

Our Responsibilities

We work hard to keep eLLMo AI running smoothly, but we can't promise everything will be perfect all the time. The service is provided "as is" - meaning we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect damages or losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some places don't allow these limitations, so they might not apply to you.

If Things Go Wrong

If you have a problem with our service, please contact us first at hello@tryellmo.ai. We want to help!

If we can't resolve things informally, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration (unless your local laws say otherwise).

Export Controls and Sanctions

You may not use the Services if you are located in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity located in, a country or territory that is subject to U.S. government embargoes or sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or if you are on any U.S. government list of restricted or prohibited parties. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to such restrictions.

Beta or Experimental Features

From time to time, we may make features available that are identified as beta, preview, or experimental. Such features may be incomplete, may change at any time, and may be discontinued without notice. They are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may be subject to additional terms.

Ending Your Account

You can cancel your account anytime by contacting us or through your account settings. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activity.

When your account ends:

  • You'll lose access to the service immediately
  • Any unused credits (including included monthly credits and additional credits purchased) will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred
  • Customer-specific models: Any AI models and related AI systems and optimizations trained or improved using your data exclusively for your account will be deleted after a reasonable period. We don't assume ownership of your data, and since these systems were created for your benefit while using the platform, they are deleted when your account ends.
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period, but some information might be kept for legal or business reasons
  • You remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred up to the date of termination

If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be terminated and credits will be forfeited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll:

  • Post the updated terms on this page
  • Update the "Last updated" date
  • Send you an email if the changes are really important

If you keep using the service after changes, that means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

Other Important Stuff

These terms are the complete agreement between you and us about using the service. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

You can't transfer your account to someone else without our permission. We can transfer these terms if needed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you have questions about what that means, feel free to ask.
