Acceptable Use Policy

This policy lists what you may not do with eLLMo. It applies to every account, user, and integration. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
§1. Lawful use
Don't use eLLMo to violate any law or regulation that applies to you or to anyone whose data you process through the service.
§2. Rights and content
Don't upload, query, or analyze content you don't have the right to use. Don't infringe anyone's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
§3. Harmful or abusive use
Don't use eLLMo to harass, defame, threaten, or stalk anyone; to generate content that sexualizes minors; to facilitate violence or self-harm; to produce malware; or to plan or coordinate illegal activity.
§4. Deception
Don't use eLLMo to impersonate any individual or organization, to misrepresent the origin of generated content, or to create content designed to deceive in regulated contexts (elections, financial advice, legal advice, medical advice).
§5. Security and integrity of the service
Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of eLLMo without our prior written permission (see Securityfor responsible disclosure). Don't try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other customers' use, or evade rate limits, quotas, or paywall controls.
§6. Reverse engineering and competitive use
Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of eLLMo. Don't use the service to build a directly competing product, or to benchmark eLLMo for publication, without our prior written consent.
§7. Third-party services
When you connect a third-party service to eLLMo (Google Ads, Search Console, Shopify, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), you remain responsible for that service's terms. Don't use those connections in a way that violates the third party's policies, and don't grant eLLMo broader access than you have a right to grant.
§8. Personal data of others
Don't use eLLMo to process personal data of individuals (including end users, employees, contacts) without a lawful basis. For processing of personal data subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, or comparable regimes, our Data Processing Agreement governs.
§9. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend access during investigation, and terminate accounts in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. We may also be required to disclose information to law enforcement.
